If characters from 'Princess and the Frog' can be black, I don't see why no characters can be Jewish. I'm not saying they should be walking stereotypes but a tiny reference acknowledging their existence would be enough. That is not to say that Disney is an antisemite for not featuring Jewish characters, but the argument of there being no Jews in European fairytales makes no sense with the amount or differences between Disney's movies and original tales.
