Actually, a debate sounds like it could have been interesting in college if it was handled maturely. One of the courses I took my freshman year was a required seminar where the students decided what to teach and would present their seminar in whatever way seemed most appropriate. Some used slideshows, some used debates, some used demonstrations (I remember one girl had a seminar on piercings and tattoos, and part of hers included two guys from the local piercing parlor come in to talk to the class and then pierce her eyebrow. It was really interesting). I actually love getting into fandom debates where both sides have a mutual agreement not to be insulting/insulted, so if it had been handled in a situation like that, I think it could've been a lot of fun.


I dunno, I don't mind what my vampires do, but I do want them to be vampires. If being a vampire means going out in the sunlight with no ill effects, living forever, and not needing human blood to survive, being a creature of unspeakable beauty...I dunno, sounds like you might as well call it an elf or a fairy or something. But whatevs.
