This, so much. F!S has a big warning on top of every post. It is, per definition, a comm that might have NSFW pictures. I don't see why more things should get linked just because some people decide to read NSFW stuff at work.

An alternative would be, of course, putting the secrets in question (sexual, not quite explicit stuff etc.) on the bottom of the page. With the spoilers and the trigger secrets. That way people at work/people with strict parents or whatever can just start reading the secrets, and then stop when they arrive at the big red warning that says, "the following secrets are NSFW, don't read if you're in public." I think that would be a lot nicer for everyone.
