Ohhh yeah, it's a pretty huge RPG. There are some good players there, but there are a lot who don't seem to understand what IC is. i_s_l_a_n_d_rp is the name.

I'd reply with 'Hey now there are a lot of good players there! D:' but your opinion on it seems really unbiased, which I really respect.

From the fandoms I recognize, I honestly think most of them are in character though. Personal opinion, but yeah. I can't really vouch for fandoms I'm not familiar with too.

Yeah, the style of RP there is just one I don't really like either, I'm used to a totally different one. But I think that was probably the only part that really annoyed me, is that the few who didn't know their characters, or were changing them up in the name of crack were ones I play, or are pretty familiar with.

But I know there are decent people there, we've had a few come over to the RP I'm in now.

You're forgetting the island, like most other RPs, has theme days...albut a little different in where their personality gets over written. So it isn't uncommon for characters will act so out of character on that day/week. For instance I play Ishida over there, a STRAIGHT Ishida something that is missing in most RPs apparently, but on a few theme days he's lusting after Ichigo.

And I read through your replies to ekoko, and apparently this misconception is based off a thread a friend sent you a while back. I think she said it best that if it was a while ago, a lot of people have left and it seems a better place and that doesn't happen that much anymore. And if it does happen outside of theme days, I personally see them being in character about it.

If you look at it, it all comes down to other people see their characters. You may not agree about it, but these things happen everywhere...not just at the Island. I mean I get the whole thing being friendly criticism, but you still have to look at the big picture.

Sorry if that came out wrong and mean, I didn't know how to word it anyway else. It wasn't meant like that.
