I'm... mixed over the fandom. I didn't get into the fandom until DoC hit, but I'd played the original many times when it first came out- just never got involved in the internet fandom. So while I'm kinda glad to see new blood, so very much of it is... well, people trying to be BNFs and failing miserably. :/
