Another reason to dislike FF12:

The game was far too easy. I beat the final boss on my first try at level 48-50. The only character that kept dying in the battle was Ashe.

Yeah, the final boss is easy. This is definitely a game with an example of how the optional bosses are miles harder. One example is the Hell Dragon (I think that's its name) whose max HP is 15 million.

With Yiazmat, I think this game pretty much raised the bar for games with "easy main bosses, crazyfuckhard optional bosses".
