I think almost every fanfic author has that 'my older work embarrasses me' thing going on, but it probably isn't as bad as you think it is. If you are still getting positive comments then really you should see that as a good thing.
Also, if people still enjoy your work then think of all the readers you'll upset if you just up and delete everything. I'm sure you must have seen secrets about people deleting stories on here in the past (IIRC there was one just the other day) and despite it being pretty well accepted that it's the author's prerogative if they want to delete, you know how upset people get over it.
Also, if you do get help with the depression, you may feel differently about it later. ((hugs)) again.
