I actually agree. I feel like the one of the biggest regrets for me in the series is that Petunia was never given more insight to her motivations or that she looked back at Harry, but never said anything. I understand why, but it's still kind of terrible. Because she did take Harry in. She did ascribe to what Dumbledore had told her about him staying there. So I don't know. It's really hard to nail down her character from the little glimpses we got.
