Well, Finn hasn't been called on a lot of his bs; cheating on Quinn with Rachel, not listening to Rachel when she told him she wasn't interested in dating him while she dated Jesse (hmmm... that sounds familiar, no means no right?), that he convinced Quinn to cheat on Sam with him while being a hypocrite, so...

If it's Kurt related BS (because no matter how inappropriate Kurt was acting, and he was), yeah he got called on it. Other than that...

He actually does get called up on that last one - Quinn says it herself. Many times. In a way I even think ~justice is served~ (with justice in the form of Santana) when they both get mono, and it's exactly the type of funny, teenage justice that fits the situation.

By contrast I have trouble saying ~justice is served lol~ when Kurt gets bullied and I can't, off the top of my head, think of any other bad things that happen to Kurt and isn't treated as an 'oh poor kurt!' situation.
