Disgaea: Hour Of Darkness. Best served in its original PS2 format, but the game is also coming to PSP. :-) If video games are not your bag of cabbage, it also exists in anime and manga formats, both translated for the U.S.

If you wind up liking it, there is a Disgaea 2, and it also features Etna in a prominent role.

It's a great strategy game. A little bit like FFTactics, with tons and tons of room for customization. If you're into micromanagement, it's something you can easily spend 100+ hours on.

Also, Disgaea 1 features a zombie made with Einstein's brain, Hercules' body, and a horse weiner. Which you can steal, and equip. Good stats.
