You don't get it. That's okay. People don't shit on your ship for it being different or for having different opinions. There are lots of ships that are outside the box that don't get even a quarter of the flack. They shit on it because of the way you folks go about expressing it. Your shipmates fueled and justified the knee-jerk reactions to your ship with the behavior.

Jetko, taang, tokka, azulaang and god only knows how many other ships are all outside the canon, all involve thinking outside the box and they don't piss off the fandom nearly as much if at all. And why is that?

What don't I get? No really, You say these things, but give nothing to back them up so I really have no idea what you're trying to tell me. Honestly, I've seen other ships be all "HURR HURR SUBTEXT" (Jetko, Taang) "HURR HURR, WE'RE THE BEST" (damn near everyone at some point, jesting or other wise) and have even seen some shippers go all "THE UNIVERSE SHIPS IT" (I lost track of how many damn Earth and Air/Heaven couples in mythology, holy shit, it's no wonder I found that one thread X_x). I do not get how it's different from the others, I really do not.
