I think you, and people like you, forget that it's a story, not real life, and for this story, Takatsuki is definitely a trans man. I know fandom likes to play with things their own way, but when you do that to a character who is part of a nearly-invisible minority, it kind of pisses off the rest of us who identify with him, because when you invalidate his identity, it feels like you're invalidating ours as well.
I understand that finding androgynous characters to identify with is difficult, too, but stop projecting that onto a character that is just definitely not.
