I don't understand the draw of tumblr over lj at all. So you can post pictures. You can do that here too! And where's the discussion? The bonding?

And most importantly, where have all my fandoms gone? I swear, the moment they moved to tumblr, everyone stopped talking, stopped caring about each other. Some of them were quite big and it wasn't that noticeable a change but some of them were quite small and what went from meetups and hundreds of comments just chatting happily on lj turned into *Picture* *Repost x infinity*. How is that better?!
