I thought the slash meant the "/" you put in between a pairing. Sorry.
I really can't apologize for thinking fandom is all about sex, seeing as how most of fandom is, in fact, about sex.

In all fairness, I've heard that that's how "slash" came into use? Idk, I know it had something to do with Star Trek. But yeah, now slash refers to homosexual pairings, usually male ones, where femmeslash is used to refer to lesbian pairings.
