I have always had a habit of trying to like a game for the story it tells and the worlds you explore. Bioware was the first game that really scratched that particular itch. Mass Effect was great to the point where I forgot to eat. Then 2 came along and I found that I suddenly didn't need to sleep, the characters were just so interesting and awesome despite various...issues.

I dragged Mordin everywhere(poor old guy) and I never left the ship without Tali( or Garrus. Then I found Legion on the derelict Reaper and started a whole new playthrough to get him early. I have never logged so many hours on one game before. It may be because I'm such a noob, but I don't regret it.
