I love road trips and I love driving. I don't see it as boring :> Sure, it can get repetitive, but that's why it's fun to try different roads. I could drive a couple of hours per day, minimum, and I still wouldn't get bored because I know how to make it fun for myself. Plus, when you have someone close with you in the car, the fun gets doubled.

Not saying driving long distances is for everyone. Just saying that there are people who can and do enjoy it.
