Nooo, it's by Stuart Immonen.

But you should definitely read Nextwave, especially if you like awesome things. Because it is pretty much awesomeness incarnate.

Warren Ellis says it best; "It’s an absolute distillation of the superhero genre. No plot lines, characters, emotions, nothing whatsoever. It’s people posing in the street for no good reason.
