Well, merely pointing out that a game is marketed primarily for children is a far cry from suggesting that any adult who likes it is automatically childish.

I know it's not easy to ignore these people, but if you really enjoy Pokemon or other qhatever, then who really cares what they think? Personally, I haven't been judged too harshly by people for my love of cartoons or whatever else people label as "childish" but if I was I doubt it would bother me that much

Pretty much this, lol. I don't see why people have to get up in arms about it. The simple fact is that it IS a kids' game, but like many things, it can be enjoyed by any age. Nothing wrong with that! Trying to argue that it's not aimed at children just seems like denial.
