idk if i could handle being a pokemon, but if i had to choose... ditto. so i don't get bored with my body shape/color/texture/etc :D

Well Flaaffy is adorable.

This reminds me of a cosplayer I met.

My best friend and I cosplayed as Team Rocket grunts for an anime convention we went to. Every time we saw someone cosplaying a Pokemon -- not a Pokemon character, but an actual Pokemon -- we "captured" them by running up to them, accosting them by the arms (with their permission, of course), and then having our friend take a picture of us.

Anyway, we saw lots of the typical -- Pikachu, Raichu, Vaporeon, etc. (We even saw a Mew. It was kind of funny, because I didn't notice at first, and my best friend was like, "Oh, that person is cosplaying Mew." We were on our way to dinner, but I was like, "WHAT?!" turned around, and ran back to grab the girl, haha. What can I say? We'd make bank from catching Mew! Our great boss Giovanni would promote us for sure!) One of the cosplayers we found, however, was cosplaying as Phanpy. I have nothing against Phanpy, and neither does my best friend, but we were curious why the guy chose Phanpy out of all the Pokemon, so we asked. His answer?

"Because it's my favorite! <3"

So, the moral of the story is, chase your dreams, OP! If you want to look like Flaaffy, by all means, you look like Flaaffy. That's what cosplay is for, my friend. =)
