I used to watch it. There are some good episodes, and some good parts, but in general I can't help but feel that they're too damn dramatic.

I watched it, lost interest around the middle of third season.
Hoch was my favourite by far too (really hot too - both actor and the role)

I like it, it's fun. I'm not enjoying the new season though.

And yes, Hotch is my favorite character. I always found him the most interesting. I really don't get how people say he has no personality :(

I hate procedural/crime type shows, and this is no exception. I find every single one of the characters on the show (except Hotch and occasionally JJ!) to be extremely unlikeable, even downright offensive in some cases.


And yet...I watch it pretty regularly, since if nothing else is on, you can still almost always catch a mini-marathon.

speaking of offensive, my love for morgan dropped a lot when he was all "lol you better not be gay reid" and no one calls him out on it

like seriously random homophobia is the last thing i need when i am trying to relax with a nice, entertaining show about serial killers ok? ok

Ugh, Morgan is the worst. Considering the guy was sexually abused as a child, you'd expect him to recognize and be aware of the various issues associated with sexuality-related bullying/prejudice/whatnot.

Actually, my least favorite part of the show, hands-down, is Morgan and Garcia's "humorous" flirting. It rubs me the wrong way for so. many. reasons, least of all because it's incredibly, unrealistically unprofessional, even for a TV show.

It really is a toss-up between Morgan and Rossi as to who I'd want to see take a long walk off a short pier first.

Why do I watch this show? Why?

I'm guessing that they're talking about the episode where Reid was busy doing... something or another when he got called in. A character asked him if he was out with a girl, and Morgan said something along the lines of "I really hope he was out with a girl."

The fandom is split between those who think Morgan meant "A girl as opposed to a boy" and those who think he meant "a girl as opposed to a Star Trek marathon."

I am in the latter camp.

Thanks for clarifying for me. :) I would also think that the second option fits Morgan better than the first (at least when it comes to how he thinks of/interacts with Reid, since he likes to poke fun at his nerdy habits and intellect sometimes).

i only watch it because i like crime drama, hotch is awesome, and reid and garcia amuse me. also rossi's actor is fucking horrible jesus christ.

I absolutely hate this absurd, horrid show. I do not understand the love for it in the least.

But it's been on for years, so I must be in the minority, lol.
