I think that those were the main ones, but to me, turning someone into a canary is worse than turning someone's teddy bear into a spider. It's still bad, but not nearly as bad imo.

For example, they gave Ron that book on charming witches to help him get closer to Hermione. They also helped him out with that fake ghoul so he could go off to find Horcruxes without the Ministry on his back. I don't recall them ever doing anything like that for Percy. It is a bit of a chicken or egg situation, but I don't remember Percy ever actively trying to bring the twins down like they did to him. Harry admittedly didn't know Percy as well as the rest of them, but since he and Ron seem to, for the most part, share the same point of view of the Weasleys, I think it's safe to say he wasn't the only one.

I guess we have a different view of what defines respect. I never felt like Arthur respected him very much. I felt like he found Percy's attitude as silly as the rest of his children did. I don't remember him ever protesting when the rest of the family shared a laugh at his expense.

Percy probably did exaggerate this lack of respect in his mind, but some of it was definitely real.

Hmm. I don't really see the canary thing that way at all, since we know the spider thing was horrifying and many people were turned into canaries unexpectedly, including I believe Harry and Neville, and they did not find the experience unpleasant. So I don't think it was more than an unwelcome surprise whereas your teddy bear into a spider is truly mean to me.

All of this was after Percy left. Also, let's look at the situations. Percy was quite capable of getting a girlfriend he actually liked, why would he need such a book? We see Percy with a girlfriend before we see Fred with a date. Also, in sibling dynamics that's a big sibling to little sibling kind of thing. If they had given Percy something like that, I feel like they would've been making fun of him. The fake ghoul, really? How is not getting captured by Death Eaters in any way comparable to anything Percy might have been in trouble with? I mean, what comparable situations did Percy and his other siblings find themselves in where Percy got less support?

But again, actively how? The twins made fun of him, Percy made it clear he thought everything the twins did was stupid. Same thing, emotionally. Harry's opinion isn't really the Weasley's opinion no. I don't think it's safe to say that at all, especially with people like Bill, Charlie, Arthur, and Molly.

How did Arthur treat Percy different than his other children? Because if he didn't treat anyone differently, than I can't understand where you're getting an lack of respect vibe from Arthur to Percy.

Again, I think the lack of respect from the siblings was a real, I just don't see it from his parents.

I'd have to read the exact scene again, because I don't remember if the twins did it to specifically hurt Percy or because they were just doing it to everyone. But I think that while Harry and Neville were the kinds of people to brush off something like that, Percy was the kind of person who would be furious.

The twins of course could not have done the exact same for Percy, but they could have done other things. They could have, for once, respected his private life and not teased him just for having a girlfriend. Percy may not have gotten into as many life-threatening situations as Ron, but they could have done little things. Instead, they attacked him every chance they got. When they were at the Burrow in COS, there was one point at which Percy simply asked about how they were getting to King's Cross, and the twins used the opportunity to make fun of his position as a prefect yet again for no reason at all.

I don't think that Bill, Charlie, and Molly had anything to apologize for, but I feel like Arthur did. In the situation above, even Arthur laughed along at Percy's expense, and I'm sure there were other situations like that. If he really respected Percy and his accomplishments, he would've told the twins that enough was enough.

They'd hidden their canary creams in the food, so anyone could have been turned.

Oh, you mean like the twins were teasing Ginny about her boyfriends. You still haven't shown any examples of the family treating Percy differently than the other siblings. The twins don't respect anyone's private life. Ginny got no support from any of her parents or siblings about Quidditch (and that's something the whole family values). Also, in the same book, COS, they all ask Percy if he wants to play Quidditch, in an attempt to be nice. In fact, they mention he's been preoccupied and they don't bother him, until presumably, they think he's being a bit pompous. They tease Ron when he gets his prefect badge, enough so that he doesn't want to mention it in front of them (despite being very proud). I just don't see how Percy's different on a general basis. If you want specifics, the twins seem to respond badly to Percy when he's trying to be authoritative, not about his accomplishments themselves (for instance they don't tease him about his 12 Owls, because he doesn't gloat about them). I could see how Percy would see this as disrespect. But I don't think the twins see it that way.

Again, that behavior is no different that how he treats his other children in regards to the twins. Are you saying he doesn't respect them either? That if Ron decided he wasn't appreciated, Arthur would have to apologize for that? The fact that Arthur waited until OOtP to suggest that the Ministry was using him, was a sign of respect, considering Couch couldn't even remember his name. It's also pretty clear, that for the most part, Arthur lets Molly do the disciplining until, as I said, lines are crossed.
