No one should. But people with, for example, able-bodied privilege, can do things to right some wrongs in the world. For example, by not using the disabled seats on public transport, or disabled toilets if others are free. Another is by not questioning people's disabilities; my disability is extremely painful, but invisible, and I receive lots and lots of unsolicited advice, or people refusing to help me with things.

I understand that completely, and I would never do any of those things. I'm convinced some people do that out of sheer laziness.

Yes they should, and that's called courtesy. Parents should be teaching their kids that *nods.*

I can see why it would be more difficult if your disability doesn't show. *hugs*

How do you mean, refusing to help you with things? Do you mean you ask and people refuse? Or they don't divine that you have a disability and offer?
