You can't go wrong with the Dude and if you do get pissed of at someone. Tell them they are messing with your zen thing.

There's a reason that movie inspired a religion man.

For some reason...this made me think of the Tao of Pooh, and how it had something like "Piglet worries, Eeyore despairs, Pooh just is."

And now I want a graphic that says "The Pooh abides."

There are worse role models.

But that, like, just my opinion, man.

I wish more people would just...abide.

Or at least pick their battles more wisely.

I think that from now on I'm going to think of the Dude. Because we all can use more of the dude in our lives. So thank you. :D

Haha. THIS is a great secret, and I can honestly say that it hits close to home. I try to channel my father who is pretty close to The Dude. It helps. I'm not perfect but I'm getting there.

You know, I might have to start doing this. I have problems with aggression and anger management, and I HATE that about myself. It's not as bad as it used to be, but I still sometimes get the rage and it's awful. Maybe next time I feel it coming on, I'll just try to breathe and ask myself what would the Dude do.
