How about listing the films that are SO important for us to watch? Not everyone has easy access to Bollywood films, and while I've liked the Bollywood films I've seen, there's very few available on Netflix.

Not having an interest in Bollywood movies doesn't negate anyone's love for musical movies.

The reason I didn't list the names was because I meant it as the Bollywood genre as a whole and not those specific seven movies, though looking at it I could have been a bit clearer. That and I meant it more towards the fans of musicals who have never even seen one AND aren't interested in seeing one (hence why it's just "and" instead of "and/or"); aka judging a movie/entire film industry by its cover.

I have a lot of friends both in fandom and RL that say they're fans of musicals, but won't even consider watching a Bollywood film because of their length, reputation, foreignness, etc. so it can get really frustrating.

But yeah, it could have been clearer.

Welp, I adore Bollywood, so I am hereby extending the invitation for you to pop me an IM and go "hey, I'm angry about the world, would you like to watch some Bollywood with me?" and I will probably say yes. Probably being most definitely, unless I am otherwise engaged, in which I will say "Most definitely, but perhaps a touch later?"

There there, OP. If your friends are determined to suck so persistently, then the best thing to do is find new friends that don't suck~!
