As I said, It depends where you are looking.
If you are in pokemon yaoi fandom, you will see shitloads of Black/N.

I browse /vp/ a lot, and there's yaoi subtext in there all the time. Since the threads die quickly, I can't link you to any of them. But you will find a lot of cutesy stuff if you have patience and remember to come back all the time.

Don't be scared, anon! The Pokémon board (/vp/) had been around for less than a year, but there has been a great amount of epic threads and in jokes already. Not to mention the pokeboy threads and RP threads, many of which with a great deal of yaoi and yuri and het and furry.

There are some trolls from time to time, not everyone is friendly (or course, it's an anonymous board after all, so people aren't scared to say anything nasty), but there is much more amazing stuff than bad.

The softcore yaoi board is /cm/ if you're into other (mostly anime) fandoms. I've always got the feeling /cm/ is more or less like a huge LJ anon community, in the sense people seem to have the same profile as LJ users.

Different anon wants to add that, from her experience, /cm/ is one of the "nicer" boards on 4chan. The posters tend to be less likely to start up wank, though I'd recommend not using emoticons or otherwise acting like "underage ban"; they're more tolerant about that sort of thing than, say, /a/, but it can still set off some people. The pace is a lot slower than on most boards too, so you can stay on the same thread for days without having to worry about it randomly disappearing (unless it's on page 15 or something, of course).

I looked for a Pokemon thread for ya, here's what I found. Unfortunately there's not too much N/Touya, but it's there.
