Slight exaggeration, but I can't believe I have to explain this.

Male. Bodies. Are. Not. Meant. To. Get. Pregnant. I know too much about biology to avoid being intensely squicked by whatever fucked up bullshit explanation someone decides could justify a complete rewiring of the male abdominal cavity + subsequent implausible pregnancy + horrifying birth, if they aren't merciful enough to just have it delivered by C-section.

If it's alien Mpreg? Awesome. I'd give it a change. Human-with-some-BS-science attached? Sorry, can't do it.

Eeh, human bodies aren't designed to fly, but no one gets squicked when Angel or really any other superhero goes zipping around defying natural law.

I mean it's a good personal reason for not being able to suspend belief, but really, when you have humans that can bend like rubber, channel cosmic power, transform into anything, and so on it seems a little silly to go "Spin the earth backwards to reverse time? Awesome! But makin' babies is haaaaaard. And we have the technology to breakdown and reassemble atoms and blow up planets but The Human Uterus Is Too Complex A Machine To Tamper With!"
