Well, not only that, but it's a fetish that would be harmful IRL (force feeding someone or making them go on a diet to gain weight is basically abusive behavior). I know there's difference between fantasy and reality and we should respect everyone's kinks, but you can respect someone's right to have a kink and still find it fucking disgusting, personally!
