Well, that's not the exact reason they're being sued, but they're still being sued because of what they did with YGO. (Also, I had the name of one of the companies wrong -- it's Nihon Ad Systems, my bad.)

Looks like 4Kids was involved in a lot of shady dealings. Sounds like the Japanese companies are pissed because they got cheated out of heaven knows how much money. I don't blame them.
