I agree with the choice of guys, but I don't see the big deal about being compared to a fetishist. Either you correct them or you tell them to go fuck themselves.

Honestly fetish comms are a lot like fandom comms. The outside generally only gets to see the crazy fuckers. There are BNFs (Big name fetishists) and they're generally dominated by one sex depending on the fetish.

I haven't had too much negative reaction, just the occasional waif-loving gal saying a big guy character looked like the lady character's father. JUST BECAUSE HE WAS MUSCULAR AND TALL. HERP DERP.
