Except the chance of being one of the kids who actually gets to play the game is like... Not very good. So for everyone else it would just be like LOL METEORS

I personally have the headcanon that multiple independent sessions can be run at the same time from the same world, actually! As long as they form complete loops. Which raises your chances significantly. :B Since you're propagating new universes, after all, wouldn't it make sense to have multiple sessions start up, even if most or all but one of them fail to create a viable universe?

But yeah the whole "dying horribly in a meteor shower, or being stuck like poor FedoraFreak with your entire life destroyed and only a burning wasteland remaining over most of the world" would pretty much suck.

Well, we know from Rose's walkthrough that there were other players, so it does seem reasonable to suppose that at least one other group might have made it in.

Of course, it also depends on whether you take Vriska's suggestion that the game's always played by kids seriously - if so, then everyone over 13 (unless they happen to be a player's guardian) is still screwed.

i understand exactly how you feel, op. i really do :< even if don't believe in any of it one bit, things like 2012 freak me the fuck out.

...well, that one in particular is because i'm really scared of what all the believers are going to do when it doesn't actually happen. but that's a different story entirely.
