Me too. I thought I had made sure not to imply that there was anything between us (okay I'd flirted with him a bit but I flirted with everyone in that PT!) and I was all nice and well into my Fenris romance when BAM mouthrape. Then he showed up at my house and though I turned him down, Fenris didn't really want me anymore :(

lol @ everybody who flirts with characters in DA2 and then get confused when they kiss/flirt/want sex. I guess the hearts/broken hearts as responses for Hawke to use are too confusing.

As far as I know Anders will only kiss a Hawke and show up at their mansion if you flirt with him during/after his Act 2 Quest.

i know that now. when i started, i wasn't sure who i'd romance so i flirted with them all. and then fenris showed up and i swooned and that was the end of the confusion.


however, in my current "nice guy" playthrough. i've not once flirted with anders and already he's going on about how beautiful hawke is and how he'd only hurt her. er, no one ever said i even liked you, magey boy

Yeah. I didn't realize that flirting just the slightest bit with Anders is all that it took to get him to be all over you. I think even Isabella took more coaxing. *le sigh*

Also, I found Fenris was the type that if you flirted a bit too much with anyone, he didn't give you a chance. At least, that's what happened my first playthrough. But maybe it was because I was mage, and he's already bias against them, so he's programmed to be a bit tougher to get? I dunno. I restarted (due to several things I did I wasn't happy with), played it as platonic as possible with everyone but him, and Fenris was more than happy to hook up with my lil' mage self.

Icon isn't fanart, it' an actual screencap, with the characters just cleverly posed. solanyxe made it. She's done a ton of Fenris icons.

afaik he automatically breaks it off with you if you've had relations with merrill or anders. "what has magic touched that it does not spoil" etc.
