Oh, don't get me wrong, I wouldn't like an ~boy version of this movie either. But jfc a movie like that would have legions and legions of fangirls.

I don't think they're good either, I think the point was that the movie would have been shit but people would have loved it anyway because:

1. Pretty boys.
2. Men make every movie better, amirite.
3. Lots of slash subtext.

I quite agree. I was just getting mouthy about it because it goes against pretty much everything I went to see in Sucker Punch, which caused the rage. :|

Besides (and I think this was said on another Sucker Punch secret before), if everyone's howling so much for a guy version, they can go watch 300.

Oh, but don't you know? 300 is a ~masterpiece! Because it has manly men in it! Sucker Punch would have been better if it was about men, because men make everything better.

I really hate the fact that SP gets shit on whereas if it was made with male characters, it would be heralded as a great film.
