I name all my secrets, but I typically use image sites that scramble the filenames into generic "235ur.jpg" filenames.

I save secrets too, but I put them in a folder labeled "secrets", and when I want to find one I just use the slideshow feature. /lazy

My secrets are always named but never anything really interesting. Something like "RvBfinalstackedresized.jpg" or whatever, not that anyone can see them anyway.

I use imageshack and imgur to throw people off my trail. Every time I use the latter I regret it because i lose the witty filename to a bunch of numbery letters.

I collect secrets too! I've been naming the files with the post number and secret number e.g. this one would be "Secret 1558-35.jpg".

I save some of them, too, but I always rename them to the date they were posted and the secret number - that way, I can always go back and read the discussion regarding that secret. (:

What reliable hosts are there, even, that don't scramble the file names? Imgur, my personal favourite, and tinypic change it to some randomised alphanumeric name. There's photobucket, but that has the bandwidth problem and you have to sign up, making it personally identifiable. Imageshack is even more unreliable. =/
