Sadly, the case in the comment you replied to actually happened, though it's nowhere near as cut and dry as the above anon made it seem.

A non-Jewish man told a Jewish woman he was indeed Jewish, and secured her consent by deception. The fact that Jewish woman was racist shouldn't figure into the fact that she was duped into having sex with the man.
