he won't move in with you. only merrill and anders move in with you. fenris stays at his mansion.

just have sex with him and fangirl in the fact that he will stick with you no matter which side you pick at the end.

Yeah, but there's a scene where they sleep together and 'get together'. I never got that. <_< I even followed a guide, but eh. Must've messed up somewhere along the way.

Nope. I flirted once with Anders (only one 'heart' dialog) back on Act 1, but told him no immediately afterwards. :/

By now I already did all the Fenris-related quests, even got him the gift and nothing. :|

He has to be at least 50 (in either direction, doesn't really matter) in order to prompt the scene after Questioning Beliefs in Act 2. If the scene doesn't trigger at all through Act 2, it won't trigger in Act 3. You can always play again and try to romance him then?

Well, I got into act 2 with maxed friendship. xD I got a couple scenes with him (talking about being slave/about his escape) and then the scene when he was at Hawke's estate where he apologizes for running away during the Bitter Pill quest (flirted with him there), to which there -should- be a dialogue option asking him to stay for the night. I never got that option. :/

Maybe it was a glitch?

I recommend asking either dragon_age or i_do_not_brood. They may be more knowledgeable. I want to think it has something to do with the maxed out bar.

You have to also pick certain options during A Bitter Pill - IIRC you have to give the slave girl either money or a job, and let Fenris choose what to do with Hadriana.

I did. :P

I went and asked on the Fenris community and apparently I didn't pick one option in the first quest at the beginning of act two (check on fenris, or something is the name). :|
