You just sent me on a search to discover if Nutella is kosher for Passover. Dang, that would have been awesome.

(For the record, butter is my preferred food to make matzah less bearable. I can survive on buttered matzah the whole time if I have to. :B)

I see what the problem is! You're eating bad avocados!

Avocados are supposed to be creamy, like butter, when they're perfect. They should have very little taste and only little a salt and black pepper (onion powder and garlic powder, or raw red onion, if you wanna go nuts).

They should NOT be slimy, or stringy or brown or spotted. When buying an avocado, the skin should have a slight give when you squeeze it, but you should not be able to stick your finger straight through.

If you have a grocer or a farmer's market that you trust, ask them to help you pick one out.
