The only decent gefilta fish is the really dry stuff (with the flecks of carrot in it) that you get at Orthodox kiddeishim (trying to say plural of kiddush?)

My husband has starting eating sushi on Shabbos now, in place of it, to still catch on to the 'fish and meat' that is necessary for a proper seudah.
