I see her everywhere and people talk about her so much. I just wanna know what's so great about her
she's a playable character, right? the only personality she'd have is yours... correct? I don't have B/W yet so I don't even know. And I don't want to look anything up because I consider almost everything a spoiler.

Well, you can infer things about her personality from what the other characters say. There are a couple of times when , which I think is an interesting trait. I tend to come up with headcanon as I play, and she's NOTHING like me. I probably wouldn't be a champion for one thing. Looks actually can tell you a lot too. The characters probably say the same things about the boy protagonist but I feel like he has a different personality, just from the vibe he gives me.

tl;dr just use your imagination I guess!

it does in all other pkmn games but it must have changed since you already have n, bianca, and cheren as rivals/friends
