Fandom is a major part of my internet activity, but I value the free speech and safety of oppressed people over fics. I'm just going to assume this is not a troll and say... that is really, really disappointing. The LJ problems have been bothering everyone else too, but we know it's because of something much, much bigger than cute fanarts and hot fanfiction. :/ Go do something else. You can live for a few weeks without instant gratification.
