(Anonymous) 2011-04-15 02:18 am (UTC)(link)I can think of another line of reasoning along the lines of "OMG DUKE NUKEM IS GOING TO MAKE PEOPLE GO OUT AND WHACK RANDOM WOMEN ON THE ASS!" It goes along the lines of "OMG CALL OF DUTY/HALO/COUNTERSTRIKE/WOW/WHATEVER IS GOING TO MAKE PEOPLE INTO SERIAL KILLERS!"
Sorry for capslock nerdrage. I'm just tired of this. If a video game is going to affect your behavior that much, then you need professional help.
