Well, I used it for both of those purposes. ^^;; Cause I was/am pretty pissed off. But it was also to represent said fandom.

If this is referring to who I think it's referring to, then I agree wholeheartedly; this individual can -not- take social cues, and I think (s)he's clueless as to others' disapproval of his/her conduct; I don't mean in the Asperger way, either. I mean in the "absolute clueless" way.

It most likely probably is who you're thinking about. Sure I've flirted with him and even was interested for a short time, but that died away sometime ago.

But now it's just fucking annoying and I was pretty damn sure from recent events that he, you know, GOT that I wasn't anymore? And not to mention he just WON'T stop in the chats and has NO goddamn tact for anything.

I can empathize. I'm one of two girls in my ICT class. The other one's boyfriend is in the same class.

I am not aware of the specifics of your situation, but if your friend is really making you uncomfortable, you should probably talk to them about it! I know that I personally can be sort of overbearing and I'd hate to be bothering people without knowing it.

Don't worry about offending this friend of yours. It'll only make the situation worse if you let it go on, resenting them more and more for something they aren't really aware of.

You seriously need to tell this person to knock it off, OP. Get them in a private chat and straight out tell him it has to stop. I've dealt with guys like this before and trust me, unless you spell it out for them, they're not going to get it. You don't have to be nasty telling them to stop, just assertive. If they doesn't get it, it may be time to stop talking to them.

Hell, I've not exactly told him to stop, but I did out and out say that I'm dating someone. He STILL kind of hits on me. Or he asks for details. Now, I do see him as a FRIEND, and a somewhat close-ish one, even if we do butt heads like whoa, so I don't mind details every now and then, but I was HOPING he'd get the hint on other things.

If I catch him doing it again, I'll pull him off to the side and just lay it out. Cause this is getting annoying.
