I love that her voice is deeper because that means I have any hope at all of singing her songs to myself. :D

I could tell it was sung by a woman, but it took me a while to realize it was Miley Cyrus.

She has a rather pretty contralto voice if you look past the stupid lyrics and auto-tuning.

Maybe it's because I'm a fan of her other songs but I knew this one was by Miley the minute I heard it. I don't think her voice here is really that much deeper than in any of her other songs.

FUN FACT: Popular music tends to favor women with deeper voices and men with higher voices.
Historically, men with deep voices and women with high voices were preferred!

Miley has a singing voice?

Whoa, her voice could totally pass for a young male's. Then again, when I first heard 'Baby' I thought it was a girl singing, so...

I'm not particularly a fan of hers but I might have to go listen to this song now. Because fuck yes, women with low voices! :D

Some women can sing bass, y'know...

Some (like me) have had to sing tenor.

The only thing I like about Miley is how deep her voice is.

I'm bad at voice recognition unless it's Alan Rickman ;^; But I first heard it when I saw the music video so I knew it was her but I was all 'Whoa Miley, that is so not your usual style, but I think I really love it!'
