Rape against anyone is anti feminist. Feminism is about equality; when anyone is raped they are being treated as a lesser being (by their rapist, and often times by other people afterwards), therefore no equality and not feminist.

I'm not going to tell you that the rape of men is bad because it is and that it is not feminist because feminism is about equality, because while the former is entirely true and the later is often how self-proclaimed feminists identify their beliefs I doubt you will listen to either of those arguments. Instead, let me tell you that even if you define your feminism as the promotion of women without giving two fucks about men, or even whilst being actively antagonistic to men the rape of men as it is committed in our society is anti-feminist. The cultural interpretations of the act of a man being raped are almost all charged with the application of feminine gender roles to the male victim. So while the victim is male, our culture responds to the action by justifying it by saying that it is more acceptable to rape women and therefore the male must be feminine. Do you see what I'm saying? The rape of males is bad because the cultural response to the act reinforces the idea that it is okay to sexually mistreat women.
