this show is so stupid i can't even. it's bad enough teen moms get fame because of mtv, but this dumb ass show makes it seem as if the only problem you'll ever face is who you love more because, the true american secret is that every teenage boy WANTS a 16 year old mother.

THIS THIS THIS!!

I hate that it doesn't seem to show many of the negative points to teen pregnancy. The slurs, the ostracizing, the societal disapproval, etc.

Hell, one of my pregnant friends at high school got bashed by someone who had been waiting for years for a reason to beat her up. Apparently being a "slut" was a good enough reason for that girl, and she beat my friend up. My friend nearly lost the baby. And neither the school or police thought it was a big enough deal to follow up, because according to them my friend "shouldn't have gotten herself into that position in the first place". Hooray for victim-blaming! It's not like it takes two to make a baby or anything >_>

Wait, you're telling me that the show managed to decrease in quality from the beginning?
'Cause that takes some talent (not gonna lie, though, I consciously avoid ABC family when they have marathons of this show because if I start, I won't be able to stop, because it's such a train-wreck)
