Yeah, it is. "You are making things worse by speaking up on the ways you are oppressed and calling people out for being offensive, so stop doing it" followed by a bunch of slurs is trying to speak for every oppressed person, because they're suggesting that speaking out about how that's harmful is detrimental to all oppressed people.
