Too much masturbation, particularly with poor, rough technique, makes the penis less sensitive and makes it harder to climax. Hence the, still relatively young, guys who can't really climax without finishing off by hand, who find a handjob better than actual sex with a partner, etc, because they've spent a lot of time masturbating, roughly.
