I used to have an eating disorder for a most of my teen years and I still have my low points. Honestly, I don't think you'll ever get rid of them, make them easier, sure. But I don't think they can go away completely and it has nothing to do with your ships, OP.

Yeah, I know what you mean -- just looking at those three images gets me down.

But hey... Do you like them because they're doomed, or did you like them before they met their tragic endings? 'Cause if it's the first, you could make an attempt to change that! Like, if you're in a slump, know to stay clear of those types of series.

that middle one is nabari no ou, right? i wanna read that one so much, but the scanlations have this random gap in the middle of the series.

You surround yourself with sadness and doom n gloom and that's what you'll end up feeling. Especially if you already have problems with depression. Not saying you should give up all your favorite fandoms and pairings, but maybe try and cut back a bit or mix it up with some happy stuff.
