This is the main reason I stopped watching dubs.

I can't usually watch dubbed anime anymore because of this. The saddest part is it is totally possible for a voice actor to have different ranges/sound different but I guess some people just don't have the talent for it? IDK.

I don't watch dubbed anime anyways, because I don't like anime. I wish there was a term used to distinguish cartoon voice acting from anime voice acting.

I love playing this game, actually. It might even be more fun on the ones I don't guess.

I'm the same way. I love playing the game of trying to recognize voice actors in different roles. Sometimes I'm right, and sometimes I'm wrong. But I don't try to take it too seriously.

Half the time it's Frank Welker, anyway. I wouldn't worry about it, although it does occasionally result in things like Megatron fighting the Brain while Garfield shouts encouragement . . .

Agreed, it's breaks 4th wall a little. I always recognize dude who voices Spongebob. Heard him on the Nightmare before Christmas soundtrack
