Name: Nicki. Nix. Flatbear. Flatty.

Location: North Carolina, originally Wellington, New Zealand.
Fandoms: They fluctuate a lot, but the staples are Comics (mostly Marvel) and Star Trek. I used to be hugely into Supernatural and Harry Potter, but they turned into the whole 'if anything goes on long enough, it ultimately turns to shit'. I babble about a lot of original stuff I work on from time to time. I'm sort of a spectator in the Bioware fandom.
What in fandom interests me: Interesting character relationships. I like to see people shoot the shit, build up relationships, have those relationships change and evolve. I don't care if those relationships are sexual or not. I like slash, femslash, gen, het, anything in between, and I like there to be an equal presence of all kinds. That also goes for genders and races (and yet I still enjoy comics, hmm...).
What in fandom does NOT interest me: WANK. Okay, a little is fun, but the whole social justice thing is really starting to piss me off. I like people to be chill, I don't like anything that takes itself too seriously, including fans. Just...chill.
Major Non-fandom Interests: I draw. A lot. Which isn't really non-fandom, but it's my job. I love to eat out, and would probably do a food blog if I ever got the motivation together. I have three cats that I adore, a parakeet that I argue with, a rat that is my BABY and a girlfriend who is also alright, I suppose.
My LJ Contains Mostly: Not a lot, at the moment, due to the current busyness of my schedual. BUT, when I get back to it, it contains mostly art. Porn, actually. I loooove to draw me some porn. So when I'm not posting about art, I will be bitching about art. When I'm not doing that, it will probably be babbling about my family back home, my life in the US, the local radio show I occasionally guest on, and life in the local comics community. I'm also in the middle of launching a web comic, which will be showing up now and then.
