You must be reading all the wrong fics then. Which is sad because there's tons of excellent stories out there.

I completely agree, I was really excited for the fandom but then it actually arrived and Eames (and Arthur) were awfully written in most fics...Not to mention all of the AUS--the movie is about international criminals and they end up as baristas and grocery clerks?

lol yeah, I thought it was kind of weird that there were so many AUs in this fandom that made the characters lives less exciting. I'm so used to it being the other way around (the Merlin fandom has a lot of this too it seems)


But I have say that there are some pretty good/hilariously weird AUs for Inception. I read a cracky one a few months ago with Arthur as an assassin disguised as a mail order bride that I liked
